There are many walks and activites at the site during the year. Some are run by the Nature Study Group and some are in conjunction with Derbyshire County Council.

Sunday 22nd June 2008 saw the Orchid Walk on site, in conjunction with Derbyshire County Council.

We were joined by up to 20 members of the public who enjoyed a sunny day discovering the many different orchids on site.

  This is a Marsh Orchid.
